There is a new paradigm of physics: emergence over reductionism. It states that even if we know all the fundamental building blocks of the universe, we still cannot construct our world out of them. Different organization patterns can lead to different emergent unexpected phenomena. There is also a new math called category theory for it, which states that the relationships between objects are more important than objects themselves. For example, if I say there is an elephant in the room, but there is absolutely no any way you can detect the existence of this elephant, it’s pointless to say there is an elephant in the room. Somehow the elephant is also defined by all those different ways to detect it (its relationship with other objects).

"the relationships between objects are more important than objects themselves"

Interesting thought! It applies to the social graph as well :)

"But while we still exist, we should think of ourselves not as a being, but as becoming." This is very inspiring - we are all in our ways to becoming something higher.
